If something on this site is yours and should not be, or is wrong, tell us. We will act rather than argue.
What to send
- The exact URL, and the specific element — a figure, an image, a block of text.
- What the claim is: copyright, accuracy, trademark, or privacy.
- Enough detail for us to identify the original and verify the claim.
- An organisational contact. Please do not send personal data you do not need to.
What we do, and how fast
- 1 within 2 working daysWe acknowledge, log the request against the specific field or asset, and give you a reference.
- 2 within 5 working daysWe triage. For an image claim we unpublish first and investigate second — an image can always be restored, but serving one we may not have the right to is not a risk worth taking while we check. For an accuracy claim we mark the field as disputed on the page while we verify, so a reader sees the dispute rather than only our number.
- 3 within 10 working daysWe resolve: correct it, remove it, or explain in writing why we believe it is right. Every action is recorded with who took it and when.

We do not copy other car websites — not their specifications, not their photographs, not their prose. If you believe we have, that is a serious problem with our pipeline and we want to know about it more than you want to tell us. Every published field on this site records where it came from, so we can answer a claim like that with evidence rather than with assurances.
